How will my order be sent?
Prints and mounted prints are safely packed and despatched with full insurance and tracking. Your package will require a photo and signature on delivery.
Where possible, we will endeavour to hand deliver originals to you. Otherwise, these will be safely packed and despatched to you.
We aim to dispatch all orders for in-stock prints within 3 working days, and will send you the tracking number. Please note that certain giclee prints and commissions are printed to order and we will keep in touch with you about a delivery date.
How long should my order take to be delivered?
You may be tracking your package – and we will be too! If there are any concerns about its whereabouts or it not arriving on time, we will speak on the phone and keep in touch to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Upon delivery, please check the parcel carefully for signs of possible damage and, if relevant, please sign as ‘Damaged’ and contact us within one working day by phoning +44 (0)7368 570218.
Is delivery free for everything?
We offer free delivery for all orders to addresses in the UK. Please contact us about worldwide shipping.
Can I personalise any of your prints?
Yes! Some of the Urban Animal limited edition prints are available for you to create your own version using your choice of colour(s). Please contact us if you would like to discuss this.
We are looking into the possibility of individual commissions for both Simon Stephenson and Nomiss, with more information to be announced soon. However, if you have an idea you would like to discuss already, feel free to contact us– we’d love to hear more!
